Your office groups

You can view the office groups you belong to. These groups determine the spaces and desks you have access to and therefore which ones you can book. These groups are determined by the organization.

To view, click on the My Profile button from the tab bar.

• From the menu select Your office groups.
• Here you will see within each group the number of users who belong to it, as well as the number of spaces, desks and canteen spaces assigned to this group.

If you need access to any other group, you should contact your organization's administrator.
