Search for a resource

You can search for a resource using the floor plan and view the availability that resource has. It also allows booking that resource.

To search click the Search button in the tab bar.

• At the top select Resource.
• Click on the desk or room you want to book. The information for that resource and the calendar appears.
• Click on the calendar and the booking form for that resource will appear.
• Fill in all the details and book as usual.

The booking will appear as a record in the Your Bookings for Today section.

You'll only be able to see the resources you have access to.
