They allow to establish different parameters that affect the parking spaces of each building of the organization.

Parking Rules
Any building that includes parking floors will have its associated rule:
Personalized booking shifts: Minimum duration: 15 min.
Maximum time in advance to book in days (from 1 – 365 days).
Maximum time in advance to book in hours (from 1 – 23 hours).
Maximum time in advance to recover released spaces in days (from 1 – 14 days).
Maximum time in advance to recover released spaces in hours (from 1 – 23 hours).

Check-in options for pool parking spaces:
Mandatory: with or without scanner.
Optional: with or without scanner.
No check-in.
Check-in options for fixed parking spaces:
Optional: with or without scanner.
No check-in.
The check-in method is the same for both options.
In case of check-in, the pre-check-in window is 5 - 120 mins and from the beginning of the booking between 5 - 240 mins. The user can be allowed to select the parking space or enable random allocation.
Limit the number of hours to book per user per day, week or month.
Consecutive shifts can be booked in a booking creation flow if the "Allow more than one parking shift" switch is activated on the panel. Therefore, in the case of selecting two shifts in the app/webapp, all the shifts in between those selected, will be included. To book a non-consecutive shift, another booking will have to be created.
More than 1 parking space can be booked in the same schedule as long as they belong to different subcategories.
This is interesting so as to be able to book A SPACE WITH AN ELECTRIC CHARGER without having to give up the space you already have.
IMPORTANT: Organizations that want to manage electric charger parking spaces must ALWAYS create a subcategory for these type of spaces.
FIXED SPACE ASSIGNMENT
The assignment of a fixed parking space to a user can be done within a free schedule, indicating a start and end time, even outside the start and end range of the defined shifts.
This fixed space assignment within that free schedule conforms to our standard of 15 minutes: 00, 15, 30 and 45.
A user with an assigned fixed parking space may also book a space with an electric charger without having to release their space.
