Buildings

Here we can carry out tasks of editing and managing the buildings available to the organization, as well as the floors and resources that each one includes.

Buildings

Upon entering we will see a list with each building of the organization in the form of a card.

Clicking on the 3 dots icon we can download the stickers and edit some data of the building related to its name and location, as well as mark it as visible or not.

If we mark it as not visible, neither the building nor its resources will be shown when making a booking from the management panel or the app, so they can not be booked.

Floors

From the floors button of each building, we will access the list of floors that it includes, separated by those that include office resources and those that include parking spaces.

Each floor allows an edit of name and floor number, visibility (which will have the same effect on the floor as we have seen previously for the building) and access to your map. Also from here we will be allowed to remove an existing floor.

Resources

From the Resources button of each floor, we will access the list with the resources that it includes. The list allows the filtering of the floor's resources according to their categories, groups and options, as well as showing the columns with the features that interest us the most.

It can be filtered to search for a particular resource(s) both in the map and in the list.

In this section the resources are assigned to: groups, rules, characteristics, etc. (pre-established in the Modules section).
